Field report

This report shows the total hours per division, labor productivity, and quantities for each item and category (except subcontractor). It is ready to hand to your supervisor in the field and is useful for keeping the project on schedule.

To create this report:

  1. On the ribbon, select the Reports tab, and then from the Estimate Reports group, click More >Field Report.
  2. Specify which sort levels, ranges, fonts, and page layout to use for the report.
  3. Specify whether to start a new page for each top level sort; include level notes; combine items; round quantities; show crew and resource information; print a cover page and estimate totals; and use shaded headings.
