Takeoff Audit report

This report provides an audit by showing items in the order they were taken off, or in order by the date and time of the last change. You can also print the following audit trail information on this report:

  • Dimension (variable) values entered for each pass during takeoff and any notes entered for the passes
  • Item quantities calculated for each dimension pass during takeoff
  • Items that were added, deleted, substituted, or skipped (not generated) during takeoff

The Takeoff Audit report is useful for checking quantities, items, and totals.

To create this report:

  • On the ribbon, select the Reports tab, and then from the Estimate Reports group, click More >  Takeoff Audit.
  • In classic view, select Reports menu > Takeoff Audit.
