Spreadsheet sequence columns

The first few columns of the spreadsheet correspond to the spreadsheet sequences set up for the estimate (unless you minimized overlines, in which case the sort levels are combined into a single column).

The selected sequence tab at the bottom of the spreadsheet determines which of the following display-only columns are visible:

  • Assembly shows the code that identifies each assembly in the estimate.
  • Combined Assembly shows the code that identifies each combined assembly in the estimate.
  • Group shows the code that identifies each group phase in the estimate.
  • Phase shows the code that identifies each phase in the estimate.
  • Seq shows the number representing the takeoff order of each item in the estimate.
  • Location shows the location assigned to each item in the estimate.
  • Material class shows the code that identifies each material class in the estimate.
  • Model shows the code that identifies each model in the estimate.
  • Subcontractor shows the code that identifies each subcontractor in the estimate.
  • Vendor shows the code that identifies each vendor in the estimate.
  • Price code shows the price code to which the item is assigned in the estimate.
  • Jobcost phase shows the job cost category that receives the cost of each item in the estimate. (This column is available only if the standard database is set up to use a job cost application.)
  • <WBS> shows the work breakdown structure value assigned to each item in the estimate.
