Grand Total Unit Price column

This display-only spreadsheet column shows the Grand Total (the sum of the Total Amount and Addon Amount) divided by the Takeoff Quantity for each item. The unit is the takeoff unit.

Tips:  

  • To view overline totals for the column, select the Display overline grand totals option in the Estimating Management Console (a Spreadsheet option on the Preferences tab).
  • The Grand Total Unit Price column is hidden by default. To see the column, select its Visible option in the Spreadsheet Layout window.
