This spreadsheet column provides the ability to update the standard database from an estimate by selecting the checkbox in this column. Certain pieces that comprise an item can be updated to the standard database if the item has been modified on the spreadsheet. For a list of information that can be updated, click Spreadsheet columns (Spreadsheet window).
Tips:
- Right-click and then select Select All or Clear All from the shortcut menu.

To update items, select the checkbox under the appropriate column, and then either:
- On the ribbon, from the Updates group on the Data tab, click From Estimate.
- In classic view, click Pricing > Update Database from Estimate.
