To turn on columns:

  1. Use the mouse to select the column headings on either side of the hidden columns. For example, if you want to turn on the Item column, select the Phase and Description column headings.
  2. Right-click and then select Unhide from the shortcut menu.

To turn off columns:

  1. Use the mouse to select one or more column headings.
  2. Right-click and then select Hide from the shortcut menu.
