People setup pane
Use the settings in this pane to enter information about a person in your address book. Click on a person in the People list (in the Companies/Contacts pane) to access these settings.
To display this pane, click [Address Book] at the top of the Estimating Management Console, and then click [New Person] at the top of the Address Book window.

Click to open the Notes window so you can add or edit contact notes for future reference. Use this feature to add information such as person's contact preference, for example. |

Full Name | Type the person’s full name (up to 30 characters). This information is required. |
Sort As |
This box initially displays the name from the Full name box. You can accept it or edit it by typing the name (up to 30 characters) as you would like it to appear in selection lists. For example, enter Johnson, Robert instead of Robert Johnson. The name you enter here appears in the Companies list and the People list (in the Companies/Contacts pane). |
Job title | Type the person’s job title (up to 20 characters). |
Department | Type the department (up to 30 characters) in which the person works. |
Company |
Select the company associated with the person. You can add a new company to the list by clicking on the Companies list (in the navigation pane) to set up a new company in Address Book. |
Is Active |
Select this check box if this contact is active. You can access the contact on the Companies or People list in the Estimating Management Console Navigation pane (below the Options pane). Clear this check box if the contact is no longer active. The contact’s name no longer appears in the Companies or People list in Sage Estimating. |

Address |
Type the street address or post office box (up to 4 lines of 30 characters each) of the contact person's address. Press the Enter key to start a new line at any time. |
City | Type the name of the city (up to 30 characters) of the person's contact address. |
State | Type the abbreviation for the state or province (up to 4 characters) of the person's contact address. |
Postal Code | Type the zip or postal code (up to 10 characters) of the contact person's address. |
Country | Type the country of the person's contact address (up to 30 characters). |
