Database/Estimate WBS Settings window
You use this window to set up as many as 40 work breakdown structures (WBS) for your standard database or for a selected estimate, depending on whether you select the Database option or the Estimate option in the window..
Note: If both an estimate and a standard database are open, the Estimate WBS Settings window appears initially.
You can use the source options to switch between the Estimate and the Database Settings. (If only an estimate or a standard database is open, you cannot switch to the other option.)
To open the window:

Within each WBS code, you can have an unlimited number of subdivisions, known as WBS values, to which you can assign estimate items.
Tips:
- To edit WBS codes, right-click in the grid and choose Edit <WBS> Values on the shortcut menu.
- To copy and paste a WBS code, right-click on the code you want to copy and choose Copy WBS. Then right-click on an empty cell and choose Paste WBS.
