Merging two or more estimates into one estimate

For large projects, multiple estimators may work on different parts of the estimate. Each estimator creates an estimate for his or her portion of the project. When it is time to pull all the work together into a single estimate, use the Merge Estimates feature to merge the estimates into one estimate.

  1. Click File > Merge Estimates.

  2. Complete the information for each tab.

    For help on a field on a tab, click the Help icon available on the ribbon on the window and then click the field.

  3. When you're ready, click [Merge Estimates] to merge the estimates.
