Spreadsheet rows

The contents of the horizontal rows are based on the sort levels of the spreadsheet sequence. The lowest level contains the items taken off for the estimate.

Tips:

  • To select a row, click the row header at the far left of the row.
  • To select all the rows, press Ctrl+A.
  • To expand or collapse a row, double-click its row header at the left of the spreadsheet.
  • To delete rows, select one or more rows, and then select Delete Row (or Delete Row in classic view) on the shortcut menu.

Deleting a group phase or phase also deletes all the items within that level.

  • A notepad icon The Notes button appears on the row header if a note has been entered.
  • To change the height of a row, drag the bottom border of its row header in either direction.
  • An asterisk (*) appears on the row headers of combined items.
  • Special fonts and color can be used to identify items with a zero total and lump amounts.
