Filter for Empty Fields

To use a filter to easily locate empty fields:

1. Create a new filter or edit an existing filter.
2. From the Field Name list, select the field to use as the filter .
3. Select is equal to from the operator list.
4. Leave the value field empty.
5. Continue setting up rules in the filter using either And or Or to separate them.
6. Click [OK].
7. Click [Apply] to apply the filter, and then close the Filter window.
