Duplicating an estimate grid layout

You can copy an existing estimate grid layout to use as the basis for a new layout.

To copy an estimate grid layout:

1. In the Manage Estimates window or on the Estimates tab in the Estimating Management Console, click the [Layouts] button above the estimates grid.

2. In theEdit Estimate Grid Layouts window, select the row for the layout you want to copy.

3. Click [Duplicate].

   Estimating inserts a new row in the grid, appending (Copy) to the name of the source layout as the default name for the new layout.

4. In the Name field in the new row, type a name for the new layout.

5. Tab out of the field or click [OK].
