Before you begin

If you have not already done so, open the Totals window in one of the following ways:

On the ribbon, from the Estimate Views group on the Home tab, click  Totals.

To copy an estimate addon to the standard database:

  1. Right-click the desired addon, and then click Edit Addon on the shortcut menu.

    2. Shortcut menus provide access to commands that you may need to accomplish a particular task.

    To open a shortcut menu, point to something in a Sage Estimating (SQL) window, and then right-click it. The available commands vary based on where you are pointing.

  2. In the Estimate Addon window, select Database as the Source.
  3. Click [Add], then [Copy].
  4. In the Database Addon List window, select Estimate as the Source.
  5. Double-click the estimate addon from the list to place it in the Adding Database Addon window. If desired, make changes to the addon. Any changes you make affect the standard database, not the estimate addon.
  6. Click [OK] to save the addon to the standard database.
  7. You can copy other estimate addons in the same manner. When you finish, click [Close].
