Use this command on the Data tab to create and edit the individual variables used in your formulas.
This command opens the Database Variable window where you can enter the name, unit of measure, default value, minimum and maximum allowed when entering a value in the formula, and help notes for each variable. Database Variables is available only when a standard database is open.
Tip: The Edit Variable command is available on a button or on the shortcut menu from variable fields and lists.
