Expand/Collapse commands

Use these commands to control the levels that are visible in the spreadsheet.

On the ribbon, from the Spreadsheet Actions group on the Home tab, click [Collapse], [Collapse All], [Expand], or [Expand All].

Each time you select the command, it displays the spreadsheet with one less or one more level of detail.
