Copy Sum automatically totals takeoff quantities (regardless of unit values) in two or more selected cells in the Takeoff Quantity column of the spreadsheet. Copy Sum is easy to use and is similar to the summing functions in other spreadsheet applications.
As you select the quantities in several cells in the Takeoff Quantity column, a running total appears in the bottom right corner of the status bar. Copy Sum copies the total to the clipboard. You can then paste the total to any numeric cell.
