Crew Resources grid

Note: This feature is available only if you have a license to use Crews.

This grid shows the labor and equipment resources that make up a crew. There is a column showing the name, description, and quantity for each labor and equipment resource in the crew.

The quantity (up to 7.3 digits) represents how many of each resource are included in the crew. Depending on how your company uses crews and calculates crew costs, you may want to enter a fractional value, such as 0.5 to include half of a resource.

Tips:

To add one or more resources, click [Resources] and double-click or drag them to the grid. Each time you choose a resource, its quantity automatically increases by one.
Press Esc to cancel the changes in a cell.
To create or edit resources, right-click a Resource and Description cell and choose the appropriate command from the shortcut menu.
To remove a resource, right-click its row header and choose Delete Row on the shortcut menu.
The Calculator command is on the shortcut menu for the Quantity column.
