Copy command

Use this command (Home tab > Clipboard group, or in classic view, Edit menu) to copy the selected text to the clipboard. The text remains unchanged at its present location. The selection may include one or more spreadsheet items or the contents of a single cell or field. You can then paste the selection elsewhere in this estimate or another estimate.

Notes:

A selection is required before you can choose the Copy command.

The selection remains on the clipboard and is available to paste elsewhere until you cut or copy again. Each cut or copy replaces anything previously stored on the clipboard.
Bid Grids are not included in copy operations.
You can also drag items from one estimate to another.
To copy all the rows on the spreadsheet, press Ctrl+C.
To open the shortcut menu, right-click.
