Note: This feature is available only with a Sage Estimating (SQL) SQL product license. (It is not available with Sage Estimating Essential.)
You can use the commands on the shortcut menu to modify the conditions for an item table. These commands are available from the grid in the Item Table window.
To change a condition, right-click and choose one of the following commands. A ü appears beside your selection.
- Use Formula allows you to choose a formula as a condition.
- Use Formula Table allows you to choose a formula table as a condition.
- Use Variable allows you to choose a variable as a condition.
- Substitute <xxx> allows you to replace a condition. The name of this command indicates what kind of selection you can make.
- Edit <xxx> allows you to modify the standard database records indicated by the command name.
