Undoing productivity adjustments

Note: This feature is available only with a Sage Estimating (SQL) SQL product license. (It is not available with Sage Estimating Essential.)

When you undo productivity adjustments Sage Estimating (SQL) reverses all productivity adjustments made to the assembly since the last time you finalized adjustments. Any adjustments that you finalized previously are not reversed.

Tip: Adjustments that are not yet finalized are marked with a red triangle in the top right corner of the cell.

During assembly takeoff:

  1. Below the takeoff grid, click [Adjust Productivity].
  2. In the Adjust Assembly Productivity window, click Undo Adjustment.
  3. Click [OK].

After takeoff:

  1. On the spreadsheet, right-click the Assembly tab.
  2. Right-click the Labor Productivity or Equip Productivity cell that you want to adjust, and then select Undo Adjustment from the shortcut menu.

  3. Click [OK].

To undo manual adjustments in the estimate:

On the spreadsheet, right-click the Labor Productivity or Equip Productivity cell that you want to adjust, and then select Undo Adjustment from the shortcut menu.

You can also undo all the labor productivity or equipment productivity adjustments (not yet finalized) by selecting the entire column on the spreadsheet, right-clicking, and then selecting Undo Adjustment from the shortcut menu.
