This tab contains additional information about the selected spreadsheet row. For an item, the notes also include the contact, phone number, and notes for the assigned subcontractor or vendor.
Initially, the notes at the item level come from the standard database and include information about the phase, item, material class, and subcontractor. Any changes you make apply only to the current estimate.
