Adjusting a spreadsheet group (level)
When the spreadsheet is collapsed, you can distribute an amount across all of the items within a selected spreadsheet group (level). This is possible for the Amount (any category), Total Amount, and Total Cost/Unit columns of the spreadsheet.
To distribute an adjustment:
- Collapse the spreadsheet to the appropriate level.
- Enter the new amount
in the appropriate cell. The Adjust Column window opens with the following
fields prefilled:
- Type = Spread.
- Amount = original value minus amount entered. Example
- If necessary, change the adjustment type and amount shown.
- Click [OK].
