Repeat Phase

Use Repeat Phase to copy one phase to multiple new phase numbers. You create unique phase codes by incrementing one or more of the digits in the phase. You can choose how to handle the JC Phase column for the new phases.

1. Select the row header for a single phase.
2. From the Actions group of the Home tab, select Repeat.
3. Enter a beginning phase number in the Start Phase box.
4. If the Start Phase includes numbers, use the mouse to move the red box to the number group you want to increment.
5. Type a value in the Increment Value box. Enter up to 4 digits.
6. Type a value in the Repeat box. Enter up to 4 digits.
7. Under Job Cost Phase, select a method to handle the Job Cost Phase column.
