Adding an item to an assembly during takeoff
Before you begin
If you have not already opened the Assembly Takeoff window and selected the assembly you want to work with, do so now.

To add an item to an assembly after takeoff:

In the takeoff grid, right-click and select Add Item.
Estimating displays the item list.

Select an item from the list.

Enter or calculate a takeoff quantity for the item.

To calculate quantities, you can:
