Cutting or copying items from one estimate to another

Paste command

Use this command (Home tab > Clipboard group, or in classic view, Edit menu) to insert a copy of the clipboard contents at the pointer position. You can paste a selection within the same estimate or into a different estimate. The selection may include one or more spreadsheet items or the contents of a single cell or field.

Tips:  

  • This command is unavailable if the clipboard is empty.
  • From the keyboard, press Ctrl+V.
  • Bid Grids are not included in paste operations.
  • You can also drag items from one estimate to another.
  • To open the shortcut menu, right-click.
