Settings window
Use this window to select the Microsoft® SQL Server® instance and the associated database or databases where you want selected Pervasive database files migrated.
To display this window, in the main window, click [Settings]
If you want to migrate your address book and estimate files to separate SQL Server instances, select the Advanced check box and then select the desired SQL Server instance.
Note: You must migrate your estimate and address book data to separate databases. See Understanding SQL Server instances for more information.

Displays the name of the destination SQL Server instance (in SERVER NAME/INSTANCE format) where you want your Pervasive databases migrated. Click [Select] to open the Select a SQL Server window to browse for the desired instance. If you want to migrate your address book, database, and estimate data to separate instances, select the Advanced check box. You must then specify a separate instance for your address book, standard database, and estimate data. |
<database name> |
Displays the name of the destination database (on the selected instance) where you want your Pervasive database files migrated. You must migrate your estimate and address book information to separate databases; name at least one estimate and one address book database. See Understanding SQL Server instances for more information. Click [Select] to browse to a database on the specified instance ("server"). If you want to migrate your address book, database, and estimate data to separate SQL Server instances, select the Advanced check box. You must then specify an instance for address book, standard database, and estimate data (and a separate database for estimate and address book data) before you can proceed with data migration. |

Click to select a SQL Server instance (or a database on a specified instance) where you want your Pervasive database files migrated. Note: In advanced mode (meaning the Advanced check box is selected), you must select an instance for your address book data, estimates, and standard databases separately. |

Select this check box if you want to migrate your address book, estimate, and standard database data to separate SQL Server instances. If you select this check box, you must select an instance for your address book data, estimates, and standard databases separately. You cannot continue with data migration until you specify an instance and database for all three. |
[OK] | Click to save your settings and close the Settings window. |
[Cancel] | Click to exit the Settings window without saving your changes. |

[Reverify] |
Click to verify that the Pervasive database server data migration prerequisites are met. The Data Migration Utility performs a check of the data migration prerequisites when automatically each time you start the Data Migration Utility. Use this button to re-verify prerequisites are met in the event you change the status of your Pervasive database server. |

Enable detail logging |
Select this check box to enable the Data Migration Utility to record migration error details in the Migration Details window. Enabling detail logging may cause the data migration process to perform slower. |
Allow non-administrators to view and edit migrated estimates |
Select this check box to grant security rights by default to all users for the migrated estimates. |
