About the Security window
Use the Security window in the Estimating Management Console to:
- Add roles and assign feature permissions to the roles.
- Add new users and assign them to roles.
- Allow all users to view or edit all estimates.
- Set user permissions for individual estimates.
Note: You need to be a Sage Estimating administrator to set up users, roles, and permissions.
To open the Security window:
On the Estimating Management Console ribbon, click [Security].
